Tell us what you are trying to doA short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we fit.
You do not need a finished specification or a budget approved. Describe the problem in your own words and we will tell you honestly whether it is something we should be working on together, and roughly what it would involve.
What happens after you write
A real reply, from a person
Your message goes to the people who would do the work, not to a qualification queue. Expect a direct answer rather than a scheduling link and a discovery script.
An honest read on fit
If your problem is outside what we do well, or better suited to a larger firm or a freelancer, we will say so. That answer costs you one email instead of one proposal cycle.
No obligation either way
A first conversation is a conversation. If it turns into work, good; if not, you have still had a second opinion from someone who builds on the platform daily.
The three things that make a first message useful
None of these are required, but they turn a first exchange into something concrete.
The symptom, not the solution
What is actually going wrong day to day. "Our team re-types the same order into two systems" tells us far more than "we need an integration".
What you already run
Salesforce, an ERP, a signing tool, a phone system, whatever is in play. It shapes the answer more than anything else.
Any timing that matters
A contract renewal, an audit, a system going out of support. If there is a date, it usually changes the recommendation.

Working with us
Which languages do you work in?
Dutch and English. We are based in Lievegem and work across Belgium and the Netherlands, in whichever language suits your team.
Do you work remotely or on site?
Mostly remotely, with on-site time where it genuinely helps: workshops, discovery, and the moments where being in the room is faster than a call.
Is there a minimum engagement?
No fixed minimum. Some work is a focused review of an architecture; some runs for months. We would rather scope it to the problem than to a package.
What if we only want a second opinion?
That is a legitimate request and a common one. A second opinion on an architecture or a proposal does not require replacing anyone, and we are happy to hand it straight back.
