A consultancy that has to live with its own adviceWe build software on the platforms we recommend.
Adure is an IT consultancy and product studio based in Lievegem, East Flanders. We do two things that usually sit in separate companies: we advise organisations on Salesforce and cloud infrastructure, and we build, ship and support our own software on that same platform.

Why the combination
Running your own products is a useful discipline
Most consultancies hand over at go-live. We do not get that option with @Sign and Famkosoft. We carry the upgrades, the support tickets, the edge cases, and the customers who notice when something breaks. That changes how you design things. An architecture that is clever but awkward to maintain stops being attractive once you are the one maintaining it for years.
Dieter Martens, Founder
Adure was founded to combine hands-on Salesforce delivery with product development, rather than choosing between them. Dieter works directly on client engagements as well as on @Sign, Famkosoft and the open-source ASFX Toolkit, so the person who designs an integration is usually the person who writes and supports it.
Get in touchHands-on delivery: architecture, Apex and Lightning Web Components, integrations, and the operational work after go-live.
Product development: packaging, AppExchange security review and OEM distribution, taken end to end on our own applications.
Open source: the ASFX Toolkit is published publicly on GitHub, built out of our own packaging and deployment work.
Two practices, one team
The work splits roughly in half, and each side keeps the other honest.
Salesforce consultancy
Implementation, integration, custom development and ongoing support for organisations that run their business on Salesforce.
Cloud and infrastructure
Cloud migration, workspace, telephony and the connective tissue between systems that were never designed to talk to each other.
Product studio
Our own applications on the Salesforce platform, designed, packaged, security-reviewed, distributed and supported by us.
Developer tooling
The ASFX Toolkit, an editor extension we built for our own work and then published, because the problems it solves are not unique to us.
How we prefer to work
Understand before configuring
Most Salesforce problems turn out to be process, data or integration problems that happen to surface in the CRM. Rushing to configuration usually means solving the wrong thing well.
Build to be handed over
Documentation and training are part of the work, not an optional extra at the end. If your team cannot operate and extend what we built, we have not finished.
Say when we are not the fit
We are a small team. For a multi-year programme with dozens of consultants there are better options, and we would rather say so early than discover it together halfway through.

Tell us what you are trying to do
A short conversation is usually enough to tell whether we are a sensible fit. If we are not, we will say so.
